Pamba's MCP server for short-form video

Pamba runs an MCP server at https://api.pamba.app/mcp with every tool Pamba's in-app agent has: avatars, video generation and replication, slideshows, scheduling to TikTok and Instagram, accounts, comments and analytics. Connect Claude Code or Codex with a workspace API key, or a chat app like Claude or ChatGPT with OAuth. You can load only the toolsets you need, connect read-only, and cap what a single call may spend.

How does it work?

  1. 1. Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http pamba https://api.pamba.app/mcp --header "X-API-Key: <key>"

  2. 2. Start read-only

Add ?readonly=true to the URL for a first session that cannot change anything.

  3. 3. Load fewer tools

?toolsets=videos, avatars loads only the named toolsets (videos, editing, avatars, accounts, ideas, discover, content, automation, workspace).

  4. 4. Cap spend

?max_credits=500 refuses any single call whose up-front estimate is above 500 credits, and charges nothing for it.

Questions

What keeps running after I disconnect?

What the connection set up: scheduled posts still publish, and campaigns keep spending credits until you turn them off in Pamba.

Does the model know how Pamba works?

Yes. The server sends Pamba's product map as instructions when a client connects, so the model can chain the tools correctly.

Are posts real?

Yes. Posts go out from real accounts, in public, and stay up. Review every video before it is scheduled.
