TikTok account ownership and transfer

TikTok accounts purchased through Pamba belong to you. Pamba manages posting and warming on physical phones, and you can ask the Pamba team to hand over login and recovery access so you can manage your account independently.

What happens to my account if Pamba shuts down?

The account remains yours. If Pamba shuts down, Pamba will hand over the account's login and recovery access so you can continue managing it directly on TikTok.

Pamba's automated posting and warming depend on its platform and devices running. Those services would end if Pamba stopped operating; independent access means you can sign in and manage the account yourself. You can request a handover now without waiting for a shutdown.

Can I transfer the account to my own control?

Yes. You already own the purchased account, and you can request a handover from Pamba's managed device to your own control. Contact the Pamba team to arrange the handover.

The handover covers the access you need to use and recover the account:

• •The account's sign-in method and any required password.
• •Control of the linked email address or phone number used for verification and recovery.
• •Any two-step verification method required to sign in.

Access to your Pamba workspace is separate from direct TikTok login access. As part of the handover, confirm that you can sign in on your own device and use the account's recovery methods.

How do I request a handover?

1. 1.Contact the Pamba team with your workspace name and TikTok username.
2. 2.Say that you want to take over the account and receive its login and recovery access. Do not include passwords or verification codes in the initial request.
3. 3.Coordinate the handover with the team, including when Pamba-managed posting and warming should stop.
4. 4.Confirm that you can sign in independently and control the recovery details before treating the handover as complete.
