Message the Pamba team

Reach a person on the Pamba team from the Support tab, the agent, or MCP, and where their replies show up.

When something isn't working and the agent can't fix it, or you'd rather talk to a person, message the Pamba team. Your conversation is private: only you and the team see it.

Where to write

  • •The Support tab. Click Support, beside Agent at the top of the sidebar. It opens the chat panel on your conversation with the team. Type your message and press Enter.
  • •The agent. Ask it to contact support. It sends your message for you and shares that chat with the team, so they can see what was already tried.
  • •Email. Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. If you belong to one workspace, your email joins your conversation there. Your mail provider has to sign the email for it to join (Gmail, Outlook and most providers do); otherwise the team still gets it and answers by email. Emailing someone on the team directly works the same way, and their email replies to you show in the conversation too.
  • •MCP and the API. contact_support sends a message and get_support_messages reads the conversation. The API routes are POST /support/messages and GET /support/messages. An API key acts as the user who created it, so its messages go to that person's conversation, and the team's replies too.

Messaging the team is free: no credits, also when the agent sends it for you. If you're out of credits, the agent won't start, but the Support tab still works.

Screenshots

Attach up to four images per message (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB each) with the paperclip, by pasting, or by dragging them into the Support tab. Through MCP, pass public image links in screenshot_urls. Screenshots stay private to you and the team.

Where replies show up

  • •In the Support tab. The Support button shows a count when the team has replied and you haven't read it.
  • •By email, when a reply sits unread for 10 minutes. You get one email per batch of replies, and none if you've already read them. Sending a message doesn't count as reading: if you write through the agent or by email without opening the replies, the email still comes. Replying to that email adds your answer to the same conversation. If you give a different address for replies, they keep going there until you give another.
  • •Through the agent: ask it whether the team replied.

Limits

You can send 10 messages a minute and 100 a day, counting emails to [email protected] or to the team, and upload 50 screenshots a day. Include the details that help in one message: what you were doing, which project or account, and what you expected to happen.
